Our small resort has a big reputation for exceptional service. At the heart of that reputation is our restaurant and bar.



We are committed to quality, freshness and sustainability. We buy locally, and have also started the process of planting our own herb and vegetable gardens, and a fruit orchard, to allow us to provide you with the freshest products possible.



We offer guests a wide variety of dishes that feature only the freshest seafood and highest quality ingredients. We take great pride in our service and strive to ensure that our guests have a wonderful dining experience throughout their stay.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our guests never go hungry by providing a hearty breakfast buffet, a tasty lunch and a delicious three-course meal for dinner, plus a mid-day snack. We will always try our best to accommodate any specific dietary needs you may have.


Our breakfast buffet changes daily, and is sure to have something for everyone including eggs, bacon, sweet cinnamon rolls, waffles, fresh fruit and authentic Honduran dishes.


The lunch and dinner menu consists of home-cooked favorites like chicken parmesan with grilled eggplant, sweet coconut shrimp with pineapple chutney, and juicy hamburgers on fresh homemade buns with French fries. We also prepare traditional Honduran fare such as chicken tortilla soup, whole grilled red snapper and lionfish empanadas. We serve a wide array of fresh-caught fish such as grouper, mahi-mahi, wahoo and kingfish.


Our dedicated kitchen staff will delight your taste buds with delicious desserts as well as homemade cookies and pastries for those with a sweet tooth.



We invite you to relax at our ocean-side beach bar where we offer coffee at sunrise to greet the day, and cocktails at night to enjoy under the stars. Our bar menu includes local beers, a large variety of cocktails, wines and spirits, as well as delicious freshly made fruit smoothies.
